Delete your data
Hellride Holiday
Hellride Holiday doesn't ask you for an email or a password. Your progress belongs to a random player that lives on your phone. This page deletes that player and everything attached to it.
What happens when you delete
Deleted
- Your player and username
- Your saved progress: level, missions, coins and gems, settings and customisation
- The bikes and riders you unlocked, and your balance
- Gameplay data linked to your player
- Any Google Play Games or Game Center link
Kept, no longer linked to you
- Records of purchases and coin transactions. We have to keep these for accounting and store disputes, and your player is removed from them.
This is permanent. We can't restore a deleted player. If you have an active subscription, deleting your data does not cancel it: cancel it in Google Play or the App Store.
Option 1: delete inside the game
Open the game and go to Settings → General → Save & Restore → Delete my data, then confirm. It is done straight away.
Option 2: delete from this page
We can't look you up by name or email, because we don't have either. The game gives you a one-time code that shows the player is yours:
- In the game, open Settings → General → Save & Restore → Transfer progress.
- Copy the code it shows. It looks like ABCD-EFGH-JKLM, works once and lasts 15 minutes.
- Enter it below.
Lost your phone or deleted the game?
A reinstalled game starts a new player, and the old one is no longer connected to you or your device. Because there is no email or name on file, we can only delete a player we can verify, and a code from the game is how we do that. If you can't get a code, write to [email protected] and tell us what you can about the player (username, purchase receipts) so we can see whether we can help.
More about the information we hold and how long we keep it is in our Privacy Policy.
