Privacy Policy
Hellride Holiday · Last updated 22 October 2026
This policy explains what information Hellride Holiday (“the game”), published by PixnMedia (“we”, “us”), collects, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have, including how to delete it. By playing the game you agree to this policy.
About the game
Hellride Holiday is an endless motorbike runner with light cartoon action and no blood or gore. You do not need to create an account, and we do not ask for your name or email address.
Information we collect
- Gameplay and progress: your level, missions, coins and gems, unlocked bikes and riders, customisation, settings and scores. This is kept on your device and saved to our servers so you can restore it on a new phone.
- A random player ID and a username: the game creates both for you. They identify your save, and you can change the username in the game. If the game offers leaderboards, your username may be shown to other players.
- Gameplay events: things like runs completed, distance and items collected, linked to your random player ID. We use them to balance and improve the game.
- Purchases: if the game offers purchases, what you bought, the store’s transaction reference, and the amount and currency.
- Device and technical data: device model, operating system, app version, language, crash information and IP address.
- Advertising and analytics identifiers: collected by the partners listed below.
- Play Games data: only if you turn on Google Play Games in the game’s Settings. It is off until you do.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location, and we do not use your microphone or camera.
Third-party services
The game uses these services, which collect information under their own privacy policies:
Google AdMob
Shows ads in the game.
Data: Advertising ID, IP address, device and OS information, approximate location derived from IP, and ad interaction data.
Google Firebase Analytics
Helps us understand how the game is used so we can fix bugs and improve it.
Data: App instance ID, device model and OS version, app version, country, session and in-game event data.
Google Play Games Services
Optional. Leaderboards and achievements, only if you turn it on in Settings.
Data: Your Play Games player ID and display name, and the scores or achievements you choose to share.
Google Play (purchases)
Processes payments if you buy something in the game.
Data: Handled by Google. We receive confirmation of what you bought, never your card or payment details.
How we use information
- To run the game, save your progress and let you restore it on a new device.
- To check purchases and keep your unlocks correct.
- To fix bugs, prevent cheating and keep the game stable and secure.
- To understand how the game is played and improve it.
- To show ads, which help keep the game free.
Where the law asks for a reason, we rely on: providing the game you chose to play; our legitimate interest in keeping it secure and improving it; and your consent for personalised ads and for Google Play Games.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the partners above, with companies that help us run the game and are bound to protect your data, when the law requires it, or if the game is sold or merged (in which case this policy would continue to apply).
Saving your progress and moving to a new phone
Your progress is saved automatically. To move to a new phone, make a one-time code in the game (Settings → General → Save & Restore → Transfer progress) and enter it on the new phone. The code works once and expires after 15 minutes. Treat it like a password: anyone who has it can take over that player.
Advertising choices
Ads are served by Google AdMob and may be personalised using your advertising ID. On Android you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in Settings → Privacy → Ads. On iPhone you can control tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where the law requires it, such as in the EEA and UK, we ask for your consent before showing personalised ads.
How long we keep information
Your player, saved progress and unlocks
Kept until you delete them, or until we stop offering the game (we would tell you first).
Gameplay data linked to your player
Removed automatically after about 6 months, or sooner if you delete your data.
Purchase and coin transaction records
Kept for as long as accounting, tax and store rules require. After you delete your data they are no longer linked to you.
Technical records used for security and troubleshooting
Kept for a few days.
Data held by Google (ads, analytics, Play Games, payments) is kept under Google’s own policies and tools. Uninstalling the game removes the data stored on your device.
Deleting your data
You can delete your player and its data at any time:
- In the game: Settings → General → Save & Restore → Delete my data.
- On our website: use the delete account page with a one-time code from the game.
- By email: write to [email protected]. Because we hold no name or email for you, we can only delete a player we can verify, for example with a code from the game.
Deleting removes your player and username, your saved progress, your unlocks and balance, the gameplay data linked to you, and any Google Play Games or Game Center link. Records of purchases and coin transactions are kept for accounting and store rules, with your player removed from them so they no longer point to you. If the game is still open on your phone, it clears its own copy the next time it connects. Deleting your data does not cancel a store subscription: cancel it in Google Play or the App Store.
Where your data is processed
We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own. Where we do, we take steps to keep it protected as described in this policy.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections and access to it is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
The game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or similar laws) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to how it is used, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can delete your data yourself as described above. For anything else, contact us. To protect your privacy we will ask you to show the player is yours, for example with a code from the game. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to your local data protection authority.
This website
This website does not use cookies or tracking. The delete account page sends only the code you enter, and only to remove that player.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version, and material changes will be noted in the game or on this page.
